Die Formation Bernhard Breuer, Franz Hautzinger, Nik Hummer und Paul Wenninger arbeiten unter dem Label ELASTIQUE an der Verklanglichung des Körpers und der Verkörperung von Klang.
Der ekstatische Muskel gilt als Entwurf des akustischen Raumes. Der Klang entfernt sich vom Körper und wird zum Raum der rückwirkend den Körper zersetzt, ihn auflöst. Es bleibt der zuckende Leib, die Ekstase. Die Technik ist die Katharsis zum Möglichen.
The new formation ELASTIQUE of Bernhard Breuer, Franz Hautzinger, Nik Hummer and Paul Wenninger works on shaping the body into sound and the sound into body. The ecstatic muscle is the draft of the acoustic space. Sound departs from the body and turns into space which decomposes and dissolves the body. What remains is the shrugging body, is ecstasy.
